cryptography constant

0001-01-01

A cryptography constant is a fixed, pre-determined value used within encryption algorithms.

Presence of these constants within executable code or malware samples can be used as indicators of an algorithm’s usage within the sample. This technique is widely used in malware analysis and reverse engineering.
