To enter the paper cutter grip to execute the paper cutter choke from top turtle position, tori reaches over the top of uke’s body, grabbing uke’s far arm with both hands. Tori pulls uke towards them. As uke is turned towards their back, tori lets go of uke’s arm with their far arm, underhooking uke’s arm and securing the grip behind uke’s neck.
