omoplata defense - top spin

To defend against omoplatas, tori can top spin over uke, relieving the tension on their shoulder.

Tori, when in an omoplata position can lift uke’s legs, turn into them, and put their far knee on uke’s belly/chest. From here, they can continue in this direction to escape.
