magic stick

0001-01-01

Magic stick is a technique commonly seen in wrestling, BJJ, and other grappling martial arts.

This is done when an opponent is turtled, or shoots for a low single takedown. The aggressor can kick the leg away from their opponent before they make contact, exposing their back to their opponent while simultaneously hopping backwards to control their opponent’s back.
