penetration testing tools

A penetration testing tool refers to tools (typically software, but hardware pentesting tools also exist!) used by red teamers or pentesters to carry out offensive operations against a network.

Often, these tools are used for criminal purposes, despite the warnings within the tools telling the user to use it lawfully.
