Welcome to my web page. My name is Daniel Roberson and I live in Henderson, Nevada.
I tend to work in various cybersecurity-related or systems engineering roles. All opinions expressed on this site are my own and not those of my employers – past, present, or future.
I have over a decade of professional IT experience and hold/have held several certifications including OSCP, CISSP, GREM, GCFE, and GCFA. I prefer working with Unix-like systems such as Linux or macOS, but have been known to get down with Windows from time to time.
For fun, I enjoy spending time with my family, cybersecurity research and development, playing CTFs, cooking, amateur radio, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Personal Knowledge Management is a topic I have gotten into recently. You can see some of my notes here. My notes are integrated with this site using Emacs, Org-Roam, and ox-hugo. Please be advised that these are notes rather than fully fleshed-out writings. Although I strive for correctness, errata is to be expected.
If you wish to contact me, send me an email at daniel@planethacker.net. My GPG public key can be found here.
